International, Legal 500 law firm looking to recruit Banking Solicitor into their Manchester offices.

About Role

Your day to day within this role may include advising financial institutions, funds and corporate clients both nationally and internationally as well as a wide spectrum of banking and finance work such as corporate lending, general banking, leveraged and structured finance, real estate and project finance, energy and structured asset-based lending, fund finance, debt loan transactions and restructuring work.

About You

The ideal candidate will be ambitious and is looking to grow and develop alongside a well-regarded law firm.

You will have excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills, be a fantastic relationship builder and have a keen eye for detail.

This role does require 0-6+ years PQE within Banking as well as excellent organisational, communication and time management skills, is an excellent relationship builder and has a keen eye for detail.
