Specialist law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Solicitor role in a Legal 500 ranked law firm, working on files for a variety of organisations, nationally.

This is a very exciting time to join our client's firm as they are expanding their team due to a recognised reputation and growing client base.

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be managing your own caseload of:

• Disposals


• Contract drafting


• Trademark matters


• Data protection


• Mergers and acquisitions


• Private equity


• Sales and purchases


• Reorganisation initiatives

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to gain exposure to a mixture of high-quality work.

The successful candidate will have at least 1+ years PQE within Corporate law and can display excellent client care skills, are confident in their own ability, is keen to learn and establish themselves for the long-term.
