RTA Fee Earner

Sacco Mann are recruiting for an RTA Fee Earner to join a leading defendant firm in central Leeds.

The role would suit an experienced RTA Fee Earner who can confidently run a litigated caseload of RTA personal injury claims, ideally with defendant experience though candidates with only claimant experience are still encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Running a litigated caseload of fast track RTA personal injury on behalf of insurer and corporate clients.


• Corresponding with clients and third parties, providing regular updates on the progress of the case.


• Providing accurate and technical advice to clients.


• Drafting legal documentation and preparing cases for trial.


• Negotiating settlement to get the best possible outcome for clients.


• Progressing cases timely and accurately.


• Providing support on more complex cases when required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience handling a caseload of litigated fast track RTA personal injury cases.


• Ideally experience working within a defendant firm though strong claimant experience will also be considered.


• A confident negotiator, with sound and technical knowledge.
