Vacancy: Newbuild Technical Conveyancer
Position: Full time, Hybrid working model
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £35,000 plus bonus structure

Our client is an award-winning firm who are known for priding themselves for their expertise’s in Conveyancing.

They are looking for a qualified Conveyancer to join their Technical Newbuild team. 

Role & duites:

- Reviewing property titles.
- Drafting reports, explain rights, reservations, incumbrances.
- Reviewing and responding to enquiries on titles from the other side.
- Raising enquiries on titles.
- Other duties if required.

The candidate:

The successful candidate be qualified by Solicitor, CLC or Cilex.

They will have at least 5 years’ experience as a conveyancer running their own complex caseload along with being able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge of newbuild conveyancing transactions, having excellent client care skills is none negotiable.
