Team Leader

Are you an experience Team Leader or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge?



My client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Team Manager with experience of learning disabilities, mental health and autism to manager a new Supported Living Mental Health service for Adults.


Do you have:



  • Up to 2 years experience working within a Mental Health or Supported Living provision

  • Experience of managing a staff team with an outcomes focused person centred approach

  • The ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders including CQC, Local Authority, Families and more

  • Ability to work on a 7 day rota including weekends and on call
