About Us:
We are a market-leading organisation with several industrial manufacturing plants across the UK, and our Peterborough site is a cornerstone of our ambitious growth plans.

As an Engineering Manager, you will report directly to the Site Manager, leading a team of six engineers and a coordinator with full autonomy to implement your vision.

Qualifications:

- Strong engineering background and relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience in manufacturing plant maintenance.
- Demonstrable track record of improving production capacity via people and systems.
- Relevant managerial/leadership experience with a focus on CAPEX projects.
