The Role

You will oversee all aspects of property operations, focusing on guest experiences and service excellence while ensuring adherence to brand standards.

Drive profitability through quality assurance measures, operational support, and team direction, while fostering a consistent feedback culture aligned with the mission and vision of the hotel and its parent company.

• Proven extensive experience in a similar role/capacity in a luxury establishment, expertise in housekeeping and front office department
• Expertise in luxury services, financial planning and operational standards
• Ability to succeed in training and mentoring a diverse team
• Knowledge of systems Opera, Micros, etc
• Can maintain confidentiality and professional with guests and employees
