We are seeking a Director of Housekeeping to oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring a clean, well-maintained environment for guests.

This role involves managing staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and optimizing efficiency while adhering to the company’s service expectations.

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in housekeeping management within a large-scale hotel or resort environment
• Proven expertise in team leadership and the ability to manage and train a diverse staff
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
• Experience in budgeting and cost management to maintain operational efficiency
