Market leading, national Legal 500 rated law firm are looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their Manchester office.

About the role

Within this Corporate Solicitor role, you will be joining a growing team to undertake a broad mix of work including:

• Mergers and acquisitions


• Corporate finance


• Equity capital


• Private equity


• Joint ventures


• Corporate advisory work

You will be advising on clients ranging from start-ups through to substantial private companies.

You will be supporting Partners and other members of the team and gain great exposure to international matters.

About You

The successful candidate for this Corporate Solicitor role will ideally have 2+ PQE, has excellent attention to detail and communications skills, can work well as part of a team and is technically strong.
