Meditalent are looking for an experienced CNS - Supportive & Palliative Care to join a growing and highly skilled team at a leading healthcare provider based in London.

As Clinical Nurse specialist, specialising in supportive/palliative care, you will provide support to patients from pre-diagnosis to end of life care.

You will be working alongside the lead supportive/palliative care CNS to deliver high-quality patient-centred care.

The right candidate will:

• Be a registered nurse on the NMC register.


• Have experience within a specialist palliative care setting or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience skills.


• Have completed an MSc in Palliative/advanced nursing practise or be willing to undertake the course.
