£26,000 - £30,000 plus commission and bonus

High energy, team player required for busy Cheltenham office, supplying healthcare care recruitment to the Gloucestershire region.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual margin targets, both individual and cumulative team.
• Performace activitiy, weekly KPI’s, group sales activity, e-shots, CV submission, Quarterly customer review meetings
• Business development, Investigating and selling recruitment services to clients, data should be captured regarding PSL expiry dates, tendering processes and relevant contacts, develop, implement and review on a regular basis.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Exceptional customer service and client management skills.
• Strong sales and customer facing skills.
• Excellent man management skills with a positive and persuasive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of numeracy / literacy.
• Strong IT skills, use Microsoft suite of packages.
