Housekeeper ? Children?s Residential Home

🔹 Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure all areas of the home are cleaned to a high standard, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas




  • Carry out daily and weekly cleaning routines and deep cleans as required




  • Manage laundry, ironing, and clothing stock




  • Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and appropriately




  • Follow all health & safety, infection control, and safeguarding procedures




  • Respect the privacy and emotional needs of the children and maintain confidentiality at all times





Who We're Looking For


  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (residential, hotel, or care setting preferred)




  • Someone who takes pride in their work, with great attention to detail




  • Reliable, organised, and proactive




  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team




  • Kind, approachable, and understanding of the needs of a therapeutic setting
