Production Operative

Mego Employment is working with a respected manufacturing company to recruit Production Operators for physically active roles on the factory floor.

This is a temporary role for a minimum of three months.

It's a great opportunity if you're looking for steady work and are comfortable with physical tasks in a busy environment.

What the Job Involves:

• Preparing machines and materials before the shift starts


• Manual handling of materials - lifting, moving, and standing for long periods


• Keeping your work area clean and ensuring equipment is in good condition


• Following safety procedures and using protective equipment correctly


• Working closely with team leaders and other operators to meet targets

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or similar physical role


• Able to handle repetitive manual tasks and stay on your feet throughout the shift


• Good attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions


• A safety-first attitude


• Comfortable with basic computer use for logging and checking information


• Reliable and willing to be flexible with shift demands

Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £12.21 per hour
