Court of Protection Paralegal

We are working with a highly rated firm in the North West with a strong national reputation, who are currently seeking a Court of Protection Paralegal to join their specialist Court of Protection team based in Manchester.

As a Court of Protection Paralegal, you will:

• Liaise with families, carers, and vulnerable clients with diminished capacity.


• Support clients in making financial and welfare decisions.


• Handle a range of practical and administrative tasks on behalf of clients.


• Communicate with a range of medical experts and external agencies.


• Manage and organise client documentation and case files.


• Ensure high standards of client care and professional communication.


• Work collaboratively within a specialist legal team.

• Strong organisational and negotiation skills.


• Excellent communication and client care abilities.


• A background in legal, care, health or community work (or a mix of these)


• Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.
