A contractor specialising in civil engineering is seeking an experienced Traffic Project Manager to join their team in Boston.

Salary: $160,000
Start Date: ASAP
Work Arrangement: Permanent
Key Responsibilities

• Traffic Study Management: Lead the traffic study for the Reid Overpass in Cambridge, ensuring pedestrian accommodations are effectively integrated.


• Collaboration: Work alongside Kansas traffic professionals to implement best practices in traffic management.


• Group Development: Grow and develop a team of traffic engineers, focusing on expanding capabilities and project outreach.


• Leadership Opportunity: Take on a significant leadership role in managing traffic projects and mentoring junior staff.


• Project Oversight: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in traffic engineering or related fields.


• Traffic Engineering Expertise: Proven track record in managing traffic studies and projects.


• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team and develop strategic growth initiatives.


• Education: Relevant degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
