You'll manage a varied caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as gain exposure to complex matters, including employment tribunals and large-scale projects such as mass redundancies, investigations, and advisory work.

The successful candidate will have 3-8 years PQE in employment law, with strong client care skills and a proactive, commercially minded approach.

You should be able to effectively manage a diverse caseload and be open to broadening your experience with respondent work and more complex, large-scale projects.
