Job Role

This is a key appointment within the firm's Family Department, with the successful candidate expected to take on responsibility for a mixed caseload of private family work and eventually step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
, Managing a varied caseload of divorce, finances, and private children matters
, Supervising and supporting junior staff as appropriate
, Playing a key role in the growth and development of the department
, Building strong client relationships and developing new business
, Working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy

Job Requirements
, 5+ years' PQE in private Family Law
, Experience across a broad range of family matters including HNW cases
, Ambitious, commercially aware, and confident in leadership potential
, Excellent client care and communication skills
, Desire to progress to Head of Department in the short to medium term
