These homes provide high-quality care in a range of specialist areas, including short-term care, dementia care, palliative care, nursing care, residential, and respite support.

Nurse Duties Include:

  Care planning tailored to residents' evolving needs

  Full medicine management responsibilities

  Clinical care delivery and health monitoring

  Leading, supporting, and motivating care teams

  
  

Care Assistant Duties Include:

• 
  

  Personal care and support with daily activities

  
  


• 
  

  Medication assistance (with training)

  
  


• 
  

  Accurate and clear record keeping

  
  


• 
  

  Engagement in social activities and resident wellbeing

  
  


• 
  

  One-to-one and two-to-one support depending on care level

  
  

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• 
  

  Relevant qualifications (NMC pin for nurses, up-to-date training for care staff)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience in elderly and/or dementia care

  
  


• 
  

  A compassionate, can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team

  
  


• 
  

  Flexibility to travel between homes (optional but beneficial)
