Family Solicitor

Are you a Newly Qualified Solicitor eager to launch your career in Family Law? A well-regarded and friendly law firm in Lichfield is looking to welcome a passionate and client-focused individual into their growing Family Law team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor to work on a broad range of private family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation


• Financial settlements, including support on complex and high-net-worth matters


• Private children issues, such as residence and contact


• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements


• Cohabitation disputes and separation agreements

You will receive support and supervision from experienced colleagues while developing your skills and confidence in handling your own caseload over time.

About You

• Recently qualified as a Solicitor (NQ), with a seat in Family Law during your training contract.


• A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in Family Law.


• Strong communication and organisational skills, with a compassionate and professional approach to client care.


• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.


• Previous experience in private family law (as a paralegal or trainee) will be beneficial.
