We are looking for a Social Worker to join the Adult Reviews Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 year post qualified experience.

About the team:

The Mental Health Team is requiring an Adult Social Worker to complete annual reviews.

The Team works to support adults who are experiencing mental health challenges by conducting assessments and helping safeguard the individual as well as helping them access the services they need.

About you:

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 year post qualifying needed to be considered for this role.

It is essential for the candidate to have previous experience of working within a busy Adult Social Work Team and conducting reviews.

It is essential to have a UK Driver's License.
