Teach Plus is working with a friendly and inclusive 1-form entry faith primary school in the heart of Tower Hamlets.

The school has a long-standing reputation for delivering excellent education within a warm and supportive environment and has been rated ‘Good' by Ofsted.

They are now seeking a talented KS2 Teacher to join their team full-time from September 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher to make a real impact in the classroom.

The leadership team is particularly keen to hear from candidates with at least 2 years of classroom experience, who can confidently deliver the UK curriculum and contribute to the wider life of the school.

The school is easily accessible by public transport, being a short walk from Bethnal Green underground and Overground stations and well served by local bus routes.

As a KS2 Teacher, you will be expected to:
➢ Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
➢ Support pupils to develop academically, socially, and emotionally, preparing them for future learning
➢ Assess pupil progress using both formative and summative assessment strategies
➢ Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued
➢ Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
➢ Contribute to the wider life of the school, including trips, enrichment activities and Catholic ethos events

The ideal candidate will have:
➢ A secure understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective classroom practice
➢ Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2 in a UK primary school
➢ Strong classroom management skills and high expectations for behaviour and learning
➢ A reflective, proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to contribute to school life
➢ UK-recognised teaching qualification with QTS
➢ An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
➢ The right to work in the UK
