We are currently seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of primary and secondary schools across Maidenhead.

🔹 About the Role:


  • Full-time & part-time positions available




  • Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils with a variety of SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language needs




  • Supporting the class teacher with tailored learning strategies and behaviour management




  • Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment




🔹 What We're Looking For:


  • Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a school or educational setting




  • A proactive and compassionate approach




  • Strong behaviour management skills




  • Ability to adapt and use own initiative




  • A relevant TA qualification or training in SEN (desirable)
