We're working with a well-established manufacturing business in the Dewsbury area, and they are currently seeking reliable, hardworking batching operatives to join their team.


This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where you'll be involved in the pouring of concrete, preparation and cleaning of steel moulds, as well as supporting the production of high-quality materials.

The work is predominantly outdoors and continues in all weather conditions, perfect for someone who enjoys being active and practical.

  Manual handling and lifting of materials

  Cleaning, setting, and filling long-line steel moulds

  Performing routine quality checks and recording results

  Cleaning and maintaining machinery and equipment

  Following all health and safety procedures

  Supporting the wider team to meet daily production targets

  Physically fit and able to carry out regular heavy lifting

  Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

  Reliable, proactive, and a good team player

  Previous manual or labouring experience desirable

  Own transport preferred due to site location

  Starting salary of £32,000 a year

  40-hour working week

  Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
