Residential Conveyancer

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a long-standing, independent practice in Nottingham.

Having been established for over 200 years in the region, the firm has an excellent reputation amongst its clients.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a growing and dynamic legal team.

In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and more.

With minimal supervision, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously while providing an excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.


• Handling freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.


• Liaising effectively with estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors to progress matters smoothly.

About you

• Ideally, you'll have at least 1 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing.


• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.


• Strong client care skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
