Employment Solicitor

Specialist, boutique, well-respected law firm looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their Altrincham offices.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on an Employment Solicitor role within a fast-paced law firm that knows the importance of a good work/life balance, which is why they offer a fully flexible working environment.

Within this Employment Solicitor role, you will be working on a mixed caseload of matters, including:

• Contracts, policies and procedures


• Grievances


• Settlement Agreements


• Service Agreements


• Restructuring


• Discrimination and Equal Pay


• TUPE


• Restrictive covenants


• Employment tribunals

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have at least 4+ years' PQE within Employment law, have excellent client care skills and be able to work well within a close-knit, sociable team.

A following would be preferable but not essential.
