The role:

In this role, you will manage a varied caseload encompassing wills, trusts, estate administration, probate, and other related Private Client work.

You will provide high-quality advice to a diverse client base, including individuals, families, and executors.

Building and managing your own client relationships will be a key part of your role, alongside developing new business opportunities.

Collaboration with colleagues across departments will enable you to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Additionally, you will support clients with tax planning, estate planning, and succession matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advising clients on the preparation and drafting of wills and trusts


• Managing estate administration and probate processes efficiently and sensitively


• Providing legal advice on succession planning and related tax issues


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and handling enquiries professionally


• Developing new business opportunities and supporting the growth of the Private Client team


• Working closely with colleagues in other teams to provide a seamless service to clients

About you

• Qualified solicitor with 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in Private Client law


• Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration


• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your caseload
