Residential Development Solicitor

Our client, a reputable law firm based in Manchester, North West, is seeking a dedicated Residential Development Solicitor to join their expanding team.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of residential development matters, including site acquisitions, planning agreements, section 106 agreements, and other related property transactions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with developers, housing associations, and local authorities, providing expert advice and ensuring smooth progression of development projects.

  • Qualified solicitor with proven experience in residential development law

  • Strong understanding of planning law, land acquisitions, and complex property transactions

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Experience dealing with developers, local authorities, and housing associations is desirable
