ENTRY LEVEL PRODUCTION ARTWORKER – SIGNAGE MANUFACTURING – BRACKLEY – FULL TIME – COMPETITIVE HOURLY RATE + OVERTIME

Our client is a well-established signage manufacturer, supplying high-quality products across the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Artworker to join their team in Brackley.

THE ROLE

• Ensuring all artwork is accurate and aligned with Design Packs and Text Schedules
• Preparing print/cut files for production (converting AI to PDF/DXF, etc.)
• Delegating tasks to production departments using software tools
• Printing and creating work orders and visuals for production
• Colour matching using Pantone and RAL references
• Supporting the wider production team with general artwork requirements
• Full training on in-house processes provided

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00.

THE PERSON

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential)
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (desirable)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn in a production environment
• Must live in or be able to commute reliably to Brackley
