Overview:
HSB Technical Ltd is recruiting SC cleared fitters for a well-established engineering company.

This role is primarily hands-on mechanical work, supporting the installation of structural components in a dockyard or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drilling and bolting of structural components
Fitting handrails on stairs and platforms
Installing gratings on stairs, landings, and walkways
General assembly and support tasks as required (D-lock and other fixings)
Working safely to engineering and site standards

Qualifications / Requirements:

SC Clearance must be valid and current
Practical experience as a fitter, plater, welder/fabricator, or sheet metal worker
Comfortable with manual drilling, bolting, and assembly work
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Experience in dockyard, shipbuilding, or industrial environments is advantageous

Additional Information:
This is a short-term contract for immediate start.

Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working at height and in compliance with site safety procedures.
