Electrical or Electronics Designer required to develop, implement and test components for complex electro-mechanical devices required to work in extreme environments.


The role exists within a precision engineering environment where you will work as a part of cross-functional teams on the full design life-cycle including technical planning for system integration, test and validation, authoring of functional specifications and the development of new principles and concepts.

You will also perform technical planning for system integration, test and validation, authoring of functional specifications, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.

Requirements
MEng or MSc in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering
Electrical/Electronic Design
Digital design, Microprocessors (both Microcontrollers and DSP's.), FPGA design, Signal processing, Analog design including amplifiers and filters, Power electronics, Motor control.
Assembler, ???C???, RTOS
Troubleshooting and Failure Analysis.
Electrical/Electronic systems assembly/disassembly.
Schematic CAD and VHDL entry
