AIT Technician
We are looking for an AIT Technician to support the manufacture of ground support equipment.
The role involves hands-on assembly, wiring, and system integration of avionic and mechanical components, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Install avionic and mechanical equipment, wiring, and systems.
Manufacture and assemble in-house components.
Maintain build records and follow safety procedures.
Conduct system integration tests and self-certify completed work.
Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
Requirements
Hands on experience in avionic and electronic engineering or related field.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Background in production, maintenance, or test environments.
Strong attention to quality and detail.
Preferred
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Aeronautical or Avionic Engineering.
Apprenticeship in electronic manufacture or installation.
Previous aerospace sector experience.
