DENTAL ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITY IN CAYMAN ISLANDS (British overseas territory)

A unique position has become available for a Qualified Dental Associate to join a reputable, well-established dental practice located in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

They are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Associate to join their rapidly growing dental clinic.

Ideal candidates must be UK, Irish or European passport holders with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in General Dentistry.

This role is to focus on surgery and some implantology.

The employment would be work permit based which the practice will assist in obtaining.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate would provide comprehensive general dental care, including diagnostic, restorative, and preventative services.

The Dental Surgeon would be responsible for developing personalized treatment plans and delivering high quality clinical dentistry.

They would also ensure the highest of standards of infection control, patient safety, and clinical compliance whilst simultaneously maintaining thorough and accurate patient records in line with regulatory and standards.

They will also collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.

They will stay current with clinical advancements and continue professional development.

They should perform advanced dental procedures with precision and a patient focused approach.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or equivalent.
• Valid License to practice Dentistry in Cayman Islands.
• Minimum 5 years experience in General Dental practice setting.
• Speciality qualification or post graduate (Perio, Endo, Ortho, Implants, Restorative&Cosmetic)
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality, patient-centred dental care.
