This is an excellent opportunity for a part-time associate dentist to join a well-established, independently owned three-surgery dental practice in Northampton.

The practice is seeking a dentist for two to three days per week, ideally Wednesday to Friday.

The successful candidate will work from the same surgery each day and will often be the second dentist on-site, ensuring a well-supported working environment.

The role includes a modest NHS contract of around 2,400 UDAs per year (approximately 200 per month), forming a stable foundation alongside significant opportunity for private income.

The practice has a well-established patient base and good demand for a range of private treatments.

A current part-time associate, working two days per week, is generating between £4,000 and £6,000 per month in private income alone.

Based on this, overall earnings for the new associate are expected to fall in the region of £50,000-£60,000.

The role would suit a dentist with experience or interest in short-term orthodontics, particularly Invisalign.

A digital scanner is available to support aligner workflows, and there is good potential to build this aspect of the diary.

The practice is modern, well-equipped, and supported by a close-knit team.

There are three surgeries, hygiene provision three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), and a full-time principal on site.

The practice enjoys a strong local reputation and offers a pleasant and stable working environment.

Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing private dental treatment in the UK.
