GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Material Handlers load and unload material within the Plant or storage facility.
Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks or trains and within the storage facility.
Has knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures.
Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Assistant and Level 1, Material Handler, work under the close direction of Supervisor and/or senior personnel in the functional area.
Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load Trucks.
Unload Raw Material and supplies from trucks and railcars.
Transport all inventory.
Stage freight to be loaded.
Stretch wraps all pallets and move all pallets to the warehouse area.
Place all finished goods in inventory.
Assist in physical inventory count.
Organize warehouse and inventory.
Cleans inventory area.
Transport totes to work areas as needed.
Reviews and run transactions in SAP daily to review customer orders.
Ensures Shipping and Receiving transactions in SAP are conducted promptly and accurately by monitoring transactions in SAP.
Ensure products are shipped by DOT regulatory requirements, including Bill of Ladings and product container labeling.
Works with Logistic Production Planners & Schedulers regarding finished goods shipments.
Monitors status of customer orders to ensure delivery is met on time.
Communicate with customer service representatives regarding order delivery status.
Assists in tracking inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
Works with the production department to achieve optimal plant layout to improve workflows for production, shipping and receiving activities.
Adhere to all quality, safety, security, health and environmental regulations and requirements.
Update computer inventory system.
Verify products are stored in the correct space.
Visually checks the appearance of and condition of products prior to shipping.
Loading delivery trucks based on shipping orders.
Certifying that all regulations regarding the loading and transport of chemical products are always followed.
Record and track safety, quality, and productivity in accordance with plant and departmental goals.
Performs salvage/recoup activities per standard operating procedures.
Ship samples to other facilities when needed.
Full understanding of Chemical Hazards specific to area assigned to, including PPE.
General forklift duties
Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting.
Assist with physical inventory counts and processes.
Compliance with all applicable ISO requirements
Working with Supervisor, assist in the management of "Progression" training and certification for all Material Handlers.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or equivalent.

This includes but is not limited to communication with: o WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor. o Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects. o WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. o Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly. • Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor. • Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, plastering, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.

Operates and maintains extrusion machinery independently; collaborates with team to run parts through equipment.
Performs journeyman-level plastering, including troweling, base coating, finishes, and final sanding/touch-ups.

Mixes materials using electric drills and paddles; assembles and pours molds for cast stone.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The General Contracting (GC) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to the General Contracting business (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.) within the assigned region.

The GC Manager will create and execute training plans for new CM, CM Associate, and Project Manager positions for new employees.
The GC Manager, along with the RBM, is responsible for the overall profitability and performance of all GC projects in the region(s).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct WTI personnel and work cross-functionally with other Tremco and WTI external and internal departments to maximize efforts and results in sales, compliance, safety, and profitability.
Act as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure that effective two-way communication takes place, and that positive results are achieved.
Assess daily operational situations for crisis management, safety, and escalation protocol. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. GC Manager will have Cost Model approval authority for projects where the Gross Margin for Service is less than the stated requirements.
Further approvals may be needed. Ensure the profitability of the region by effectively managing the team and processes with the tools one has available. Assist when needed to review proposals received, conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance.
Approve Proposals for submission (i.e., pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Assist when needed for change order negotiation and approval. Regular communication with the Regional Business Manager regarding: Safety compliance Project approvals, planning, and results. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The General Contracting (GC) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to the General Contracting business (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.) within the assigned region.
This will involve working with Construction Managers, CM Associates, Project Managers, Service Managers, Supervisors, Foremen, GC Superintendents, Tremco Sales Representatives, Owners, and Subcontractors to ensure projects are performed safely, meet customers' expectations, conform to contractual obligations, and meet financial objectives.
Additional duties will include participating in proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the region.
Additionally, responsibilities will encompass Sales & Service Support, Field Resource & Customer Management communication as necessary.
The GC Manager will create and execute training plans for new CM, CM Associate, and Project Manager positions for new employees.
The GC Manager, along with the RBM, is responsible for the overall profitability and performance of all GC projects in the region(s).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct WTI personnel and work cross-functionally with other Tremco and WTI external and internal departments to maximize efforts and results in sales, compliance, safety, and profitability.
Act as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure that effective two-way communication takes place, and that positive results are achieved.
Assess daily operational situations for crisis management, safety, and escalation protocol. Determine solutions to project issues, including but not limited to, field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, product management issues, etc. Travel to job sites as needed to provide support to account resources (including rooftop projects).
Travel to customer or sales meeting as needed to support business or account activities.
Accountable for regional cost/budget variance & profitability as it relates to General Contracting. Accountable for regional Quality Assurance. Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement. Ensure Construction Managers are setting project timelines and goals. Identify resource or employee concerns and act promptly to resolve and engage appropriate HR or WTI management.
Ensure documentation on employee issues is prompt and submitted to HR.
Act as an agent of change and improvement and adapt quickly to changing business priorities. Manage key metrics and report regularly or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management (WTI & Tremco Roofing and Resource Management.
Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. GC Manager will have Cost Model approval authority for projects where the Gross Margin for Service is less than the stated requirements.
Further approvals may be needed. Ensure the profitability of the region by effectively managing the team and processes with the tools one has available. Assist when needed to review proposals received, conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance.
Approve Proposals for submission (i.e., pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Assist when needed for change order negotiation and approval. Regular communication with the Regional Business Manager regarding: Safety compliance Project approvals, planning, and results. Personnel and process management Any issues related to the above will require collaboration or elevation of authority. Required Skills:
1-3 years of related experience in an equivalent role. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to work above average overtime and flexible hours. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.
Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. • Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: o WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor. o Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects. o WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. o Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly. • Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor. • Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased. • Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. • Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. • Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500. • Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep. • Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required. • Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules. • Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team. • Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings. • Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: • 30-hour OSHA certification • Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
