We are hiring now on behalf of our client for a newly created role in a new division of our clients company.
They are looking for an experienced Mobile Master Vehicle Technician or an experienced Technical Field Sales person.
This role would suit a technical individual that understands the working of a modern garage and associated garage equipment and tools alongside technical knowledge of engines, air conditioning / climate control and ADAS.
This role offers huge scope and variety with the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the UK and technically advise garages how to obtain the best results from our client's workshop offering.
Location - Midlands

Role & Required Experience:
Experience in B2B technical sales, technical sales engineering or field service engineering within garage equipment, workshop equipment, automotive tools, vehicle diagnostics / ADAS, A/C servicing or similar.
Support the sales team with garage equipment, workshop solutions, service equipment, technical sales support and pre-sales advice.
Work with distributors on product specifications, technical requirements, product support and solution selling.
Build relationships with garage / workshop decision-makers, delivering equipment demonstrations and technical presentations.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, installation guidance, product selection and aftersales support to customers and distributors.
Manage projects from quotation, specification and order through to delivery, installation and commissioning.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions and product demonstrations to promote garage equipment and technical solutions.

The role
Customer Training: Deliver engaging training sessions to garage teams on how to use the software effectively.
Implementation & Onboarding: Support new customers through setup, configuration and go‑live, including onsite visits.
Technical Support: Provide ongoing product support, troubleshooting and guidance to ensure customers get the most from the system.
Product Expertise: Act as a subject‑matter expert, feeding customer insights back to the product team to support continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long‑term relationships with garages, ensuring high satisfaction and adoption.
Field‑Based Engagement: Travel to workshops across France to support installations, training and customer success activities.
Self‑Managed Logistics: Plan and organise your own travel, scheduling and field‑based logistics efficiently and independently.
Our ideal candidate
Native or fluent French speaker
Professional proficiency in English
Background as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, Workshop Manager or similar customer‑facing automotive role
Strong understanding of independent garages, workshop processes and customer needs
Tech‑savvy, with an interest in software and digital tools
Quick learner, able to pick up new systems and processes rapidly
Confident delivering training and working directly with customers
Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working independently in a field‑based role

I am currently working with a highly efficient and well-equipped Bodyshop who are looking to add a qualified Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to their busy site in the Broxbourne area.
Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician roles and responsibilities:
- Carrying out a variety of aspects within a Bodyshop
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced Accident Repair Centre
- Paint Spraying, Panel Beating / Strip and Fit
- Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
- Planning work and ordering parts to ensure vehicles are ready when promised.
Skills and experience required as a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician:
- At least 2 years experience as an automotive Panel / MET / Paint
- ATA/ NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential
- Experience in Paint Spraying
- Panel Beating / Strip and Fit
- Strong attention to detail
- A fast and accurate worker
- Highly organised with a flexible approach to working patterns
