The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out both Panel and MET repairs, working to a high standard and ensuring vehicles are repaired safely and efficiently.
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out Panel and MET repairs
- Full strip and refit of vehicle components
- Panel beating and body repair
- Diagnosing vehicle damage and identifying the correct repair methods
- Carrying out repairs in line with manufacturer and industry standards
- Following repair methods and technical specifications
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and vehicle safety
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years' experience working across both Panel and MET
- Strong Panel Beating and Strip & Fit experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality standards
- A professional and organised approach
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- ATA or NVQ qualifications are advantageous but not essential
