We're looking for an experienced Parts Manager who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing a busy parts operation.
Experience within a body shop, accident repair centre or automotive parts / Motor Factor / Dealer Network environment would be particularly valuable.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Parts Manager who wants more than just another management position.
You'll have the autonomy to shape the role, introduce your own ideas, improve processes and make a real difference to the efficiency and success of this key Body Shop Parts area of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the parts operation, driving efficiency, organisation and performance.
Lead, motivate and develop the Parts Advisor, managing workloads, targets and performance.
Streamline parts processes to minimise delays and improve repair turnaround times.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate competitive pricing and reduce purchasing costs.
Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy and parts availability.
Collaborate with management and workshop teams to ensure a seamless repair process.
Monitor KPIs, controlling costs and driving productivity and profitability.
Ensure accurate parts identification, ordering and timely supply to technicians.
Maintain quality, compliance and Health & Safety standards across the department.
Resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
