En lien direct avec le direct avec le responsable de l'hôtel, v ous serez responsable de l'accueil client, de l'organisation des arrivées et des départs clients, des clôtures de caisse et de l'application des procédures Terres de France.
Vous aurez comme principales missions :
Accueillir les clients à leur arrivée ou départ et effectuer les formalités administratives liées à leur séjour
Suivi des dossiers clients et facturation dans le PMS
Réponses aux demandes clients durant leur séjour et fidélisation de la clientèle
Respecter les procédures d'encaissement et clôturer une caisse
Contrôler des moyens de paiements
Votre objectif premier : que le client reparte avec le sourire !
