Our client is looking for a pro-active Deputy Manager to support on a fixed term contract.
The Role:
As the Deputy, you will support the Manager in the overseeing of the day-to-day running of the nursery.
You will maintain the high standards of the nursery, delivering quality care in line with the EYFS framework.
You will provide strong leadership and inspiration to a dedicated team to promote further growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily operations of the nursery
Oversee and support a wonderful team of Early Years Professionals
Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and education
Evaluate and improve practices and procedures
Oversee curriculum planning and the tracking of children's development

About You:
Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential)
Experience as a Deputy Manager is desirable (Third-in-Charge experience will be considered)

Excellent communicator
Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills
