Key Responsibilities
To support and uphold the nursery’s policy and commitment on safeguarding and wellbeing of children in all aspects of the nursery service. To fully understand and work in line with the nursery’s safeguarding policies.To be part of our Early Years Team that provides a purposeful, stimulating environment rich in learning opportunities, both indoors and outdoors. To promote the inclusion of all childrenTo hold the responsibility as a ‘Key Person’ for up to 8 childrenTo use professional knowledge of the individual and diverse ways that children learn and develop, to meet their differing needs.
