To be considered for the Service Manager position you must have :
Minimum 3 years’ CYP management experience, including at least 1 year in a care coordinator/manager roleCommitted and passionate about developing staff and delivering excellent outcomesLevel 5 in Supporting Young People (or willingness to complete)Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm) on a temporary basis of 1 month initially, whilst recruitment for a permanent position is underway.
