My client are looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Legal Assistant in a full time position.
You will be part of a highly successful team with a competitive package on offer.
You will be supporting solicitors for the days they are in as well as handling walk-ins and inbound calls.
Knowledge of Private Client matters are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Support solicitors with effective file management.
- Ensure clients are handled efficiently and legal matters are addressed.
- Attend to clients, take instructions, and handle letter and phone inquiries.
- Promptly manage telephone inquiries.
- Provide quotes via phone, email, and in person.
Use practice procedures and systems to manage cases per firm standards.
- Manage own workload, productivity, and quality with minimal supervision.
- Ensure confidentiality of firm and client documents.

- On site parking
- A 35.25hr work week 09:00 to 17:15
- Salary up to £26,000 depending on experience
