Key Responsibilities
Handling a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions
Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and asset sales
Assisting with shareholder agreements and share schemes
Providing strategic legal advice to clients
Working collaboratively with other teams within the firm
Job Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (all PQE levels considered)
