What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000

DAP is looking to hire social media intern for Summer 2025.
Responsibilities
Social Media Content Planning
Description: Draft and schedule weekly social media content in social media management platform, including written copy and corresponding media file.
Content planning will require research to align with seasonal and industry trends.
Maintain content archive on a monthly basis.
Goal: Create and schedule approved content for each content pillar from September 1, 2025 - May 31, 2026 (9 months), with one piece of content scheduled for each pillar per week.
Earned Content Management
Description: Work with the Social Media Coordinator to track all content earned through UGC and IGC before FY25.
Goal: Identify gaps in earned content use and create a content calendar for Instagram and Tik Tok by August 2025
Short Form Video Creation
Description: Use identified product and topic priority list to storyboard, film, and edit short-form video content for social media scheduling.
Goal: Create and schedule 15 pieces of approved content by August 2025.
Keyword Identification for Social Media Use
Description: Work with the brand team to identify a list of key words for each product category that can be leveraged in content creation.
Goal: Incorporate keywords into AI platform to ensure use in social media copy by August 2025.
Requirements
Major: Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Rising Junior or Senior (completed Sophomore year) Extensive experience with Instagram and Tik Tok, Facebook and Youtube a plus Preferred: experience with content creation and editing (short-form vertical video) Preferred: experience managing accounts for a business or campus organization. Impeccable written and oral communication skills. History of effective social media writing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. An eye for video and content creation opportunities. Extremely detail oriented. Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Self-motivated and quick learner

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE.
The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade.
This position requires hands on; roof or construction site activity. General Contracting - learn and assist in project management duties including but not limited to managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc), participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
Sales & Service Support - Report database management and QC related activities, warranty adjustment, leak tracking, customer service, project administration, product training activities, etc. The Construction Manager Junior Associate will be required to apply and take courses working towards a degree in Construction Management through the WTI partnership with The University of Akron, must maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA, and will work through the Junior Associate curriculum which includes training in the following: OLI QC, superintendent training, estimating, spec writing, CM admin support, PR/Inspection field services.

Essential Functions
Responsible for calling on new and existing customers to build sales volume, to remain abreast of customer requirements and to assess market trends. Calls on customers and prospective customers to inform them of products, new releases, services available, supply, etc.
Provides technical assistance when necessary. Responsible for securing and renewing orders; works with customer services and sales management to provide servicing levels required by the customer. Essential Functions
Responsible for calling on new and existing customers to build sales volume, to remain abreast of customer requirements and to assess market trends. Calls on customers and prospective customers to inform them of products, new releases, services available, supply, etc.
Provides technical assistance when necessary. Responsible for securing and renewing orders; works with customer services and sales management to provide servicing levels required by the customer. Builds and maintains a sales program within the territory based on strategic planning including prospecting, new business development, levels of available business and level of repeat business. Works effectively with all company personnel and resources to provide full customer service and assure continuing customer satisfaction. Applies good judgment and prompt follow through on customer complaints, returns, claims or other problems on products / services provided. Gathers and reports significant developments within accounts, prospects competitors and the general market for use by company management in research, analysis and planning purposes. Provides annual sales detailing target markets and accounts. May act as a Field Technical Service Engineer as requested. Committed to the Company's safety and quality programs

Preferred Qualifications:
