Main responsibilities of the Cambridge/Hybrid based Marketing Manager:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).

Provide training, supervision, direction, and support for all Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers within the regions in areas as follows: Estimating Pre-job planning Project Management to expedite projects safely, under budget, and with the highest attainable quality and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordination and collaboration with Construction Managers and GC Superintendents on GC-related work.
Sales communication and coordination. Workforce planning, recruiting and retention strategy to maintain optimum performance of the region. Approve proposals for PR, CONPR, and Safety Solutions related work up to $50K.
Travel within the Region as needed to attend customer, sales, or business meetings.

Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance. Prior experience clearly defining expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views, and providing continual, timely, frank, and direct feedback to others. Proven experience with setting strategy and establishing plans for business growth. Prior experience working between multiple departments that support regional compliance and profitability. Essential Functions:
Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss of Stonhard business within the Region.
Compiles reports for the Director of Sales and the Regional General Manager evaluating TM-Linings' performance.

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:
To ensure the delivery outstanding levels of care to all residents in a safe, welcoming, caring and stimulating environment, whilst increasing profitability and developing brand awareness through occupancy and fee rate growth
Overall responsibility for all services and, levels of service, provided to the residents through well trained, competent, motivated and excited employees
Maintain excellent relationships with the RQIA complying with legal and statutory requirements and representing the Home as the Registered Manager
Act as an ambassador to represent the heart and face of the home to key decision-makers building a sound reputation within the local community and ensuring yours is the local “home of choice” and working towards excellence
Work with the Operations Manager and wider operational support team to drive sales, margin growth and new service development to deliver consistently positive home performance measured against agreed KPIs
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Commitment to delivering high quality care
Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
Fine tuned decision making skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude
The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £60,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working through Day Shifts.

The Role of Area Sales Manager
Drive sales of Ventilation Systems – promote and sell the company’s range of natural ventilation products, including Hybrid NV solutions, dampers, window and roof systems, and ancillaries.
Generate Specifications & Build Relationships – work closely with architects, M&E consultants, and contractors to specify products on key projects, particularly within the education sector.
Secure & manage orders – engage with M&E contractors and main contractors to convert specifications into orders, manage the process, and ensure successful delivery.
Meet sales targets – consistently achieve regional sales objectives by winning projects and maximising business opportunities.

Essential Functions:
Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss of Stonhard business within the Region.
Compiles reports for the Director of Sales and the Regional General Manager evaluating TM-Linings' performance.
Is responsible for invoice forecasting and monitors and reports on installation performance and follow-up with customers.
Trains, monitors, and motivate the Territory Managers, Architectural Design & Engineering Reps, and Area Managers to promote and sell the Stonhard product line and services.
Responsible for the management of the Stonhard installation crews up to and including interviewing, training and profit and loss.
Assist on ADE calls involving Architects/Engineers dealing with linings related projects.
Minimum Requirements:
Five (5) or more years of successful sales management experience; sector-specific sales experience preferred.
Spends a minimum of three (3) days/week in the field with Stonhard customers and Stonhard Territory Managers.
Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to physically transport samples case and literature to customers (approximately 40 pounds in weight).
