This role provides the opportunity to drive assigned brands in the consumer cleaning segment with an emphasis on Mold & Mildew category.

This position will develop brand strategy, new product innovation roadmaps, approve marketing communications, creative, and content.
This position is part of the Cleaners platform and reports to Director, Product Management.
Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expertise
Deep understanding of the consumer, category, product and emerging trends within Mold & Mildew category Experience with EPA registered products Familiarity with eCommerce and online merchandising a plus
Brand Branding & Go-To-Market Strategy
Drive commercialization and brand activation efforts working with cross-functional departments, including Communications and Trade.
Partner with Insights team on market research and Category Management, available category reports to monitor competitive activity Partner with Strategic Communications & Demand Generation to develop brand-building, digital-first marketing campaigns Work closely with Sales team to align customer strategies Work closely with platform Digital Hub on Social Strategy to build assigned brand
Product Portfolio Management & New Product Development
Own current brand performance and actionable 1-3 year business plan Manage product line performance analysis, trends, insights and feedback to identify opportunities to promote and grow a winning brand portfolio Build business cases including market opportunity, investments, profitability and growth projections Manage new product launches through stage gate process Collaborate with the Pricing team to create and maintain the pricing strategy for the product, aiming at maximizing profitability while staying market competitive Lead insight-driven innovation to improve product range, collaborating with R&D, Operations, Sales, etc to ensure alignment with the brand strategy
Qualifications
Education: 4-year BS degree in business or engineering, with an MBA degree an advantage
Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management with product management experience in innovation/new product development; 3+ years of which spent in Cleaners category
A successful track record of driving profitable growth
Analytic and strategic thinking, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions
Strong financial acumen to analyze multiple aspects of product line performance, can successfully budget and forecast, and understand cost implications of decisions

Secure and schedule trainers for various programs. Prepare and distribute training materials, such as guides, feedback forms, and certificates of completion. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Share a detailed report with the Director of Learning. Monitor accounts receivable and expenses; ensure invoices are processed and paid on time. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, such as rescheduling sessions or making adjustments to participant schedules. Assist with on-the-day training coordination at Tremco University Rhode Island: Set up training venues, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place. Welcome participants, manage sign-ins, and provide any necessary instructions for the day. Act as the primary point of contact during events to quickly address and resolve any issues. Act as a liaison for communication and coordination among partners, vendors, and participants. Monitor and manage emails related to training activities sent to the shared email inbox (TremcoCPGLearning@tremcoinc.com). Utilize the eLearning platform to maintain accurate training records, including tracking attendance, completions, and issuing certificates. Ensure compliance with organizational policies by employees and vendors involved in the training process. Handle attendee payment processing and communicate outstanding balances to stakeholders. The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Product Quality Provide process knowledge to quality control department in order to troubleshoot quality issues. After developing a new process, coordinate the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications, Standard Operating Procedures and process parameters. Productivity Use knowledge of the manufacturing process to improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities. Lead the effort to identify causes which result in productivity levels below the expected. Participate with maintenance in facility continuous improvement programs MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (special skills, knowledge, ability, education, etc.): Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university in Chemical Engineering.
Ability to comprehend and apply principles of advanced calculus, modern algebra, and advanced statistical theory.
Knowledge of SAP and demonstrated basic knowledge of Process Control Systems.

General Purpose of the Job:
WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Develop processes and protocols for engaging sales representatives, customers, and contractors in alignment with regional and company objectives. Proactively identify potential barriers to participant success and work within WTI and outside agencies to deliver solutions. Provide excellent customer service to employees and outside partners. Meet deadlines for all reports, data, publications, and quotes requests. Travel as needed to visit customer locations and projects for project review, QC, customer presentations, quotes, and any other visit needed to promote or support the team.
