The Commercial Façade Field Technician actively performs and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
They will be responsible for attending safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting, and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including:
$21-38/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.

Execution of project tasks with knowledge of expected production rates, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently to complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents as directed by foreman.

Understands and executes proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Primary focus of this position will be to work directly with the business on process improvement initiatives and the introduction of new technologies.
This position focuses on a specific functional area(s) of the company, which in this case is FI/CO - Finance and Controlling.
The scope of responsibility is for all CPG; all businesses, all locations.
Nurtures and insures the successful use of the application systems tools.
Provides total support to the users of SAP application system and ancillary software tools, including, configuration, enhancements & process improvements, problem resolution, training and education, report development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Able to work independently.
Will works with the business directly to identify pain points and opportunities for improvements which can include re-design, developments, enhancements, training and or training documentations, introductions to new tools which may include Fiori, other SAP features or other third party integrated applications.
As part of these duties the following may apply: Architect solutions and alternatives to meet the specified requirements, such as: SAP baseline functionality, Fiori, third party applications which may include reporting, specialized configuration.
Performs cost vs.
benefit analysis to determine rational for application system development and enhancements.
Performs systems analysis, design, configuration and programming tasks (spec development) related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and special reporting requirements, etc.
Designs and assists users in the design and documentation of business processes and procedures, the development of training materials, and the delivery of training, etc.
Effective communicator and strong collaborator, able to work across functions.
Self motivated with leadership skill which will support leading the business through change.
Experience with training users and industry leading documentation practices. Performs thorough testing of all new and revised system functions and reports, and performs quality assurance reviews of procedural documentation and training materials. Acts as a team leader, group leader or project coordinator to coordinate tasks related to a specific initiative or project that fall under the scope of this position.
Project management activities include: planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, coordinating with various stakeholders. Trains and assists users in the use of SAP business application software.
Prepares training materials, schedules and conducts application system training as needed.
Audience may be other IT staff or end-user staff.
Extracts to PC-based analysis tools, custom report-writing and report development, complimentary software packages, and or changes to business processes.
Works directly with the FICO Global Lead to evaluate proposed changes on the rest of the organization and to coordinate resources required to support the implantation of process improvements and or new technologies.

Maintains work plans, tracks effort and progress vs.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
Formal Education Required: College or University degree in finance is preferred CPA would be an asset SAP Certification in related discipline or equivalent training
Practical Work Experience Required:
3-5+ years of leadership experience: manager, supervisor, group lead, etc. 5+ years experience in a SR Accounting Role 7 - 10 Years SAP implementation experience preferred In-depth experience with SAP S/4 HANA 3+ Years SAP Super User in related discipline.
Strong customer service skills and orientation.
High degree of flexibility in interface with customers / constituents.
2 years experience in project management skills. Ability to distinguish, learn and accept differences in business and end-user requirements. Ability to learn and expand technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with effective and cycle time sensitive time management and project management skills. Special Knowledge and Skill:

In depth knowledge of the SAP application software, including its functions & capabilities, configuration, reporting and support requirements. Proficiency in analysis, design and testing techniques. Working knowledge of the following computing platforms: Primary focus on HP Unix, PC-Desktop and PC-LAN computing platforms. Working knowledge of the following databases: Primary focus on SAP/Oracle, with experience a PC-based DB tool such as Paradox, Access, etc.
Proficiency with various report development tools, SAP Report Writer, SAP Script, other report writers or query tools, etc.
Basic understanding of IT communications networks.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
SAP or other Certifications would be an asset.
Other Qualifications:
Experience in financial accounting and US GAAP and SOX control requirements.
In-depth experience with both costing-based and account-based COPA.
A working knowledge of RAR would be an asset.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $99,000 and $124,000.

You will work in a range of markets and provide survey support to a range of projects (including geophysical site surveys, ROV, offshore renewables, pipeline and platform inspection and nautical charting).

Who we're looking for:
Essential
At least 3 years' experience working as a Hydrographic Surveyor.
Comprehensive understanding of positioning, motion reference and bathymetry equipment.
Good verbal and written English Language skills.
An ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
A high attention to detail, quality and safety.
Ability to work shift patterns up to 4 weeks in length.
Desirable
Experience using acquisition software including, Fugro Starfix or Kongsberg SIS.
Experience working with remote survey solutions.
Previous computer networking experience.
Previous Senior Hydrographic Surveyor experience.

The role
As a Senior Pilot Technician you will assist the Supervisor in the smooth operation and maintenance of the Remotely Operated Vehicle System.
Coordinate planned maintenance schedules for ROV, TMS, LARS and all associated equipment and tooling.
Assess weather conditions and operational parameters for safe Launch/Recovery and ROV operations.
You will ensure that all work is undertaken to the highest quality and professionalism in accordance with the company Business Management System and project specific documentation.
Ensure that all activities are carried out with the highest regard to the health and safety of all involved and to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution.
Identify personal training needs, bring them to the attention of the department manager and to take full advantage of the training opportunities provided.
To be safety aware, e.g.
awareness of legislation/guidance to include reporting accidents - managing safety of team when required to supervise a shift.
Maintain a high standard of communication of operational and safety information to team members when supervising a shift as well as directly supervise teams during night shift.
Who we're looking for:
Personnel with at least one main Technical Discipline with knowledge and experience in other fields.
Competent and capable of piloting an ROV and the use of manipulators.
Experience and knowledge of working with different ROV's, Subsea Tooling and LARS.
Background working on a variety of subsea operations and in different operational conditions.
Has experience working as part of a team during mobilisations and demobilisations.
Personnel that are safety aware and work to the highest of safety standards in line with the company safety management system.
Works well as part of the team during an emergency, can communicate effectively with all other team members.
Capable of pro-active involvement with projected work scopes to meet client requirements.
Demonstrate working knowledge of the company BMS and associated ROV procedures.
Act as a mentor and ensure Pilot Technicians carry out all tasks in accordance with company procedures.
