We are hiring a Sales Director (m/f/d) to drive the growth of a CRM & Digital Consulting business in the Middle East, based in Dubai.
This role is suited for commercially strong sales leaders from IT consulting firms or CRM technology providers who have experience selling enterprise CRM transformations and consulting services.
Your Role & Impact
Drive regional sales growth for CRM and digital transformation consulting services
Own and execute sales activities across the Middle East, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition
Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients and technology partners
Manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Collaborate closely with delivery, consulting, and leadership teams to ensure successful project handover
