Work with filling line operators to efficiently change over line equipment for different label, container, and packaging sizes. Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on the filling lines by Pareto analysis of OEE data and implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce downtime. Maintain all operating equipment in satisfactory condition.
Schedule needed repairs to have minimum interference with operations.
Troubleshoot/repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Comply with company safety rules and procedures.
Complete daily and shift clean up tasks. Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with supervisor and co-workers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage daily work/production schedules, allocate resources, and manage the workflow to ensure efficiency, timely completion of orders, and adherence to production targets.
Lead Tier 1 meetings and support Tier 2/3 meetings daily/weekly.
Plan and schedule production runs based on customer demand and agreed upon delivery dates.
Prepare and coordinate front-end set-up and planning to ensure smooth operations to meet daily production targets.
Monitor the assembly process and workflow as well as staging and packaging to identify potential issues, resolve production problems, address employee questions, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

Work with Quality Control to conduct quality checks on completed panels to validate tolerances and specifications.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, industrial manufacturing, engineering or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly with proven supervisory skill and experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality control, and production management.
Minimum of 2 years construction or trades experience - plastering, troweling, painting, or other application technology preferred.
Experience safely and effectively using hand tools.
Experience with CNC equipment, preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Quality assurance or manufacturing management certifications preferred.

Executive Reporting: Present monthly S&OP outcomes, progress updates and forecast variances to the Executive Team.
Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the planning focal point for senior leaders, providing insight to guide investment and operational decisions. Leadership: Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to the planning team.
Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, development, and collaboration. Process Improvement & Systems: Drive standardisation, automation (RPA, AI), and optimisation of planning processes.
Shape the long-term vision of the planning function, including ERP upgrade preparation. Cross-Site Coordination: Align planning cycles across factories, integrating commercial inputs, sales forecasts, and capacity plans. Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics including factory utilisation, headcount alignment, and OP performance.Requirements: Essential
Level 7 qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Significant experience in demand/supply planning or high-level project management in a manufacturing or engineering context.
Expertise in S&OP processes and scenario planning.
Proficiency in planning software and tools (SAP, Ortems, Tableau, Excel).
Experience leading multi-site, international teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Highly organised, adaptable, and analytically strong.
Basic grasp of French
Full right to work in the UK.
Desirable
Fluency in French (preferred but not essential).
Familiarity with financial reporting and forecasting.
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies.
