Care plan development and assessments
Look after all our residents alongside the team and offer personalised centred care
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Experience in a similar role
The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
Good working knowledge of CQC standards
The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing teams
Good clinical skills
Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home
The successful Unit Manager will receive an excellent salary of £50,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week working through day shifts.
