We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL SUMMARY: Perform a variety of general repairs, installations, and maintenance on facility equipment, building and utility systems.
Perform general carpentry, floor repairs and general repairs of facility.
Maintain record of maintenance and repairs.
Make routine checks and inspections of equipment for proper lubrication and other general maintenance functions.
Check out problem areas and make repairs and adjustments as needed.
Refer complex situations to supervisor.
Operate machines, tools, perform welding and other maintenance tasks as required.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Maintain, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment throughout facility Perform general carpentry work and repairs to building and grounds Perform inspections of equipment and machines and make necessary repairs as directed Maintain log of maintenance performed on machinery and equipment Respond to maintenance request items as assigned by supervisor Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Maintain clean and safe work environment using correct tools properly
QUALIFICATIONS

Joining this busy team, you will run your own caseload of private client matters including probate, wills, and inheritance tax matters.

Key Responsibilities
Running a mixed caseload of private client matters
Drafting and advising on wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney
Offering inheritance tax advice

About You
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience of running your own mixed private client caseload (those who are not qualified but have solid private client experience are also encouraged to apply)
STEP quailed individuals are desirable to the firm, but this is not essential
You must be confident in running your own caseload from start to finish

Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join a fantastic firm who have been established for over 80 years, they have a great reputation in the local area, with strong connections to the local community. This role will be based at the firms Bingham offices, and you will be working on your own varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing files with some Commercial Property too.
The Role
Joining a busy team, you will run your own busy caseload covering a variety of conveyancing and commercial property matters from purchases, sales, shared ownership, leases, and remortgage to name a few. The working environment is very supportive, and you will be joining a close knit and welcoming team.
Key Responsibilities
Handling a range of conveyancing files from start to finish, with some commercial property too
Providing advice to your client base
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the local community
About You
Qualified solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with previous residential conveyancing experience (the firm will consider applications from non-qualified fee earners who can run their own conveyancing files independently)
Ideally Commercial Property experience too
Confident in running your own mixed caseload of files
Fantastic client care skills
Strong technical knowledge of property

This is a hands-on, varied role primarily focused on maintaining and repairing bespoke plant equipment and machinery in a cleanroom environment, as well as overseeing general facilities maintenance.
We are looking for a confident, capable, and highly skilled Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer who can work independently and support junior engineers in a small, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will:
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on plant equipment and bespoke machinery
Carry out electrical maintenance including panels, motors, inverters, and facilities (e.g.
lighting, sockets)
Conduct mechanical work including maintenance on bearings, pumps, valves, and chains
Perform general facilities maintenance (e.g.
HVAC systems, light plumbing, handyman tasks)
Work within a cleanroom environment (protective gear required)
Occasionally liaise with customers regarding product repairs
Mentor and support less experienced engineers within the team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed as a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will need:
Competence in both electrical and mechanical maintenance
Strong electrical fault-finding skills (with or without diagrams)
A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in electrical engineering (preferred)
Confidence to work solo and take initiative
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Good communication skills, particularly in a mixed-gender team and when liaising with customers
