Job Title: Area Manager - Pro Channel
Location: Tennessee/Alabama (Field Sales)
Department: Rust-Oleum US Sales
Reports To: Midwest Zone Manager

As an Area Manager, the candidate will be responsible for driving sales and represent Rust-Oleum's vast portfolio of products to customers within the assigned geographic territory.
Territory to include Tennessee.
Travel accounts for 40-50%.
*Ideally candidates will reside in or near the Memphis, TN or Nashville, TN metro areas
Job Duties:
Sales - this job is all about increasing market share by selling the Rust-Oleum Portfolio of products in their assigned geographic territory.
Increase distribution of all Rust-Oleum brands within the assigned dealer and distributor base by expanding market share and reducing competitive presence.
Maintain regular contact with customers to identify business opportunities and increase market share.
Identify customer needs to facilitate product mix t and platform recommendations.
Achieve profitable quarterly sales objectives and goals.
Execute category management strategies with dealer base to grow market share.
Develop and follow a comprehensive time and territory management plan to maximize coverage and efficiently manage expenses.
Provide merchandising, pricing, and promotional support to the dealer base.
Work with internal and external customers to meet all commitments and deadlines.
The ability to use all Microsoft Office products to analyze data, communicate with customers, and make profitable recommendations to internal and external customers.
Able to climb a ladder and do physical activities as required by the position.
Requirements:
1 - 3 years of previous outside sales experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
Prior experience in a sales service role with demonstrated success in customer retention.
Requires the ability to effectively analyze a customer's business and successfully communicate how our products and services can help them increase their sales and profits.
Ability to analyze data and complete a Profit & Loss analysis as required.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
Self-starter able to manage own time, schedule, and sales territory, with a proven ability to multitask.
Ability to work and travel within assigned territory 40-50% of the time.
Periodic evening and weekend hours are required for trade shows and customer events.
Proven history of exceptional follow-up skills.
Proven history of working with diverse customer base including independent dealers, distributors, MRO accounts, professional painting contractors and OEM.
Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written or oral format.
Ability to analyze territory performance reports and develop sales territory business plans.
Ability to analyze problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and write reports to communicate the information.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a motor vehicle record within acceptable limits as prescribed by Rust-Oleum.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Excel, Power BI, SAP and PowerPoint.Target Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000, bonus eligible

Drive Goal Zero for EH&S by providing Environmental, Health & Safety support to 2-3 manufacturing plants in Cleveland Ohio.
This position will lead and support the structured EH&S process by providing guidance and oversight in all areas of Environmental, Health and Safety compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports EH&S programs, compliance and results for a mid-sized business, facility or geography.
Manage Center of Excellence programs or processes (i.e., such as personnel safety, industrial hygiene, environmental safety, compliance).
Works with leaders to identify EH&S priorities and programs for the area managed, including performance metrics, communication and change management.
Implements corporate, regional or divisional policies and programs.
Leads change management for local compliance, communication or business relevance.
Develops location or business group specific programs to address local needs.
Provides technical leadership and functional guidance for EH&S risks and outcomes.
Keeps informed on all existing and proposed changes in occupational health and safety regulations and ensures compliance in areas managed.
Provides local regulatory reporting as required for OSHA and Environmental Compliance.
Ensures that leading and lagging SH&E metrics are collected.
Reviews metrics, trends and actions with Leadership team supported.
EDUCATION:
BS/BA in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
3-7 years' experience in Environmental, Health & Safety practices, preferably in a manufacturing/Chemical plant setting.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Safety/Environmental Certifications are a plus.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Project management and multi-task skills.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Experience with Environmental reporting systems-i.e.
air permitting and TRI reporting.

I am looking to appoint their brand new Registered Service Manager based in Birmingham.
The Registered Service Manager will oversee two services, an 8 bed service with self-contained flats and a 4 bed service with communal kitchen and lounges.
This role is registered with Ofsted with both services under one registration.
You will be operationally managing both services, supported by two Deputy Manager's who are running the day to day.
The Registered Service Manager is paying £50,000 - £60,000 per annum with great potential to move into a RI post taking over from the Director.
To be considered for the Registered Service Manager role, you must have:
Previous Ofsted Registered Manager experience in either children's homes or supported accommodation
Understanding of the supported accommodation model and delivery
QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management

Position Summary:

Lead Shipping Associate
This is the lead level of the Shipping Associate series and requires a minimum of 5 years of previous experience and working knowledge and competent demonstration of the following:
• TMS troubleshooting and Carrier Quoting
• Containerization Shipping • Work Planning and Process Oversight
• End of Day/End of Month Processes
This level requires the following certifications:

Hiring Range:
Between $18/hour - $28.25/hour

Carboline is looking to fill an open Territory Sales Representative within their Southeast Territory and are seeking candidates located near large cities in Virginia. This position will be responsible for both selling and generating new business with already established customers while also developing new prospects to grow volume, revenue and increase the profitability of this territory.
We are seeking individuals with a hunter's mentality and prior experience working in the paint and coatings industry.
This position will report into the Southeast Region Director of Sales.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in Business or a Technical degree or equivalent experience 4+ years sales and or business development experience in the fireproofing or protective coatings industry
Preferred Requirements
Previous industrial sales experience and NACE certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity.
May require lifting up to 50lbs on occasion.
May require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
Occasional exposure to various chemicals.
May require travel by car up to 50%, including nighttime.
Essential Functions
Responsible for calling on new and existing customers to build sales volume, to remain abreast of customer requirements and to assess market trends. Calls on customers and prospective customers to inform them of products, new releases, services available, supply, etc.
Provides technical assistance when necessary. Responsible for securing and renewing orders; works with customer services and sales management to provide servicing levels required by the customer. Builds and maintains a sales program within the territory based on strategic planning including prospecting, new business development, levels of available business and level of repeat business. Works effectively with all company personnel and resources to provide full customer service and assure continuing customer satisfaction. Applies good judgment and prompt follow through on customer complaints, returns, claims or other problems on products / services provided. Gathers and reports significant developments within accounts, prospects competitors and the general market for use by company management in research, analysis and planning purposes. Provides annual sales detailing target markets and accounts. May act as a Field Technical Service Engineer as requested. Committed to the Company's safety and quality programs
